Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on likelyabusiness.com was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a “Counter-Notice”) by submitting written notification to our DMCA Agent (identified above). Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

If a Counter-Notice is received by the DMCA Agent, likelyabusiness.com may send a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the provider of the material or the user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the Counter-Notice, at our discretion.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, likelyabusiness.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the site and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
